The other day I made a blog post directly from my Nokia N95, and even added a photo. There are a few ways to blog from your phone, it mainly depends on the blog service you use. I use Blogger, which is very simple and quick. I'm sure other blog services will recommend this method as well.

Using my built in email client on my S60 phone, which I have hooked up via IMAP to my Gmail account, I can type a message and send it to a specific email address that Blogger gives me. This email address they give you is only to be used for blogging from your phone to your specific blog. If you use Blogger, go into your settings, click Email, then specify your "Mail To Blogger" address. Then just send your blog post to that email address, like you would send an email to a contact. You can even insert images, just like you would a multimedia message. Once you finish typing your blog post, just hit send on your S60 phone. Within seconds, you have a blog post for the world to see. The great thing is if you accidently click out of the email client, it saves the draft for you. Just go into messaging, and click over to drafts, and it should be there.

I haven't tried this with short video clips yet, I figure that wouldn't work too well, but you never know. Don't forget, this isn't just for the Nokia N95. You can use this method to blog from your N73, N82, N91, or any other Nseries or Eseries phone.
